Bob Rogers, President and CEO, Board Member and Founder

Bob Rogers has been in the medical device industry for nearly 30 years. He is recognized as one of the founders of the luer activated valve industry and two of his needleless valve designs are actively marketed today. His product ideas and patents have founded several companies and he has held executive management positions with PPG Sensors, Bridge Medical and CardioNet. Prior to that he held sales and marketing positions with IVAC Corporation and Spectramed/Gould Electronics. Bob is the holder of 16 issued patents with several more pending and has a degree in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Terry Vandewarker, Chief Operating Officer

Terry has a broad background in operations, finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as lead independent director, Chairman of the Audit committee, and as a board member on several companies, including two companies in the medical field – Inamed and Isolagen.  In addition, he has held various leadership levels including as CEO, COO and CFO at private and public companies.  He has been the CEO at Encad, a public company, the President of a division of Eastman Kodak, and the CFO of several companies ranging from venture backed startups to established companies.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside.

Christine Arme, Vice President of Clinical Integration

Christine Arme has been in the medical industry for over 20 years marketing and distributing products such as IV therapy disposables, capital equipment and software. Christine’s prior work experience includes sales, training and sales management with companies such as McGaw Laboratories, Pyxis, Bridge Medical and Skylight Healthcare. Christine has also been a sales and trade show consultant for numerous small healthcare companies. Christine has a BS degree in business and marketing from the University of Minnesota and certifications in numerous personal development programs.

Dave Lloyd, Senior Vice President of Sales

Dave Lloyd has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry. Dave began his healthcare career at IVAC Corporation in sales and while at IVAC also held positions in sales training, finance and product management. Following IVAC he was a Regional Manager at Block Medical and for the past 17 years he has held two positions: Vice President of Sales for Advanced Medical Systems, a specialty distributor, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Churchill Medical Systems. In 2007, Churchill Medical Systems and Advanced Medical Systems were both acquired by Vygon where he served as the Vice President of Sales. Dave has a BS degree in Marketing from Penn State University.

Gino Kang, Director of Manufacturing

Gino Kang has been involved with medical device development and program management for over 22 years with extensive experience in design, development and manufacture of disposable and electromechanical devices used in drug delivery, IV infusion, patient monitoring and interventional cardiology products. He has held management positions with a variety of medical device companies including McGaw Laboratories, Amgen, Cardionet, and Biosensors. Gino has a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.

Jack Olshansky, Chairman

Jack Olshansky, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry including being a founding partner of Montgomery Medical Ventures, a San Francisco based Venture Capital Company. Mr. Olshansky, now retired, continues to consult to and serve on the Board of Directors of a number of healthcare companies. Prior to Montgomery Ventures, he served as President of McGaw Laboratories, President of the Inspiron Division of C.R. Bard and Vice President and General Manager of the Cutter Medical Division.

Jack Sparacio, Board Member

Jack Sparacio is the COO of Sonosite, Inc., the premier developer and supplier of hand-held ultrasound systems. He has previously served as the President and CEO of Plastics Engineering and Development, Inc. and President and CEO of the IMED Corporation, Worldwide VP of Sales, Marketing and Service Operations for Advanced Technology Laboratories and held management positions in manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing and service for Johnson & Johnson, American Hospital Supply Corporation, Picker International and McGaw Laboratories.

John Sasso, Board Member

John Sasso has over 30 years of healthcare experience.  As the founder, owner and CEO of two successful medical device companies, Advanced Medical Systems and Churchill Medical Systems, he has extensive experience in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of a wide range of IV related products.  He holds several patents for successfully marketed medical products and serves on the board of several for profit and non-profit organizations.


Eddie Rodriquez, Board Member and Corporate Counsel

Eddie Rodriquez is a member of the law firm Mintz, Levin. His practice is focused on a full range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, technology licensing, and general business counseling for both public and private companies. He has
extensive experience with counseling, public and private companies in the life science, telecommunications, software, hardware, e-commerce and information technology industries in a broad range of transactional matters. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
